This notice explains, as required by article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), which of your personal data we process when you visit our website or get in touch with us, for what purpose and on what legal basis.

What we process and why
Our website has no forms, accounts, visitor analytics or advertising tools. The data we process, why, on what legal basis and for how long:

Declining the map stops you from using no part of the site: our office address and a link for directions are on the page either way.
How we collect it
We collect your personal data automatically when you visit the site, through server logs and the cookie and local storage entries in your browser, and directly from you when you contact us by e-mail or phone.
Who we pass it to
- Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps its server logs.
- Google (Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited): once you allow the map, it is loaded straight from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.
- Public authorities, where the law expressly provides for it and only as far as they request.
The transfer to Google is a transfer abroad and rests on your explicit consent under article 9 of the KVKK. You can withdraw it at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the foot of every page, after which the map is no longer loaded.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to us to:
- Find out whether your personal data is processed and, if it is, ask for information about it.
- Find out why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose.
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, it is passed to.
- Have it corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Have it erased or destroyed under the conditions in article 7 of the KVKK.
- Have any correction, erasure or destruction passed on to the third parties who received it.
- Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis of your data.
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, send your request with details that confirm your identity in writing to Kızılırmak Mah. Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Cad. No: 38/26, 06510 Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye, or to info@skywingsaviation.com.tr from a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from an e-mail address you have given us before.
We will answer your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest. Where it involves a separate cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
We update this notice when the data we process or the law changes. The current version is always on this page.
